Press Frame: Extra strong frame with stress proof tie rods and X-ray tested bolsters are used as standard with highest degree of precised machining and tolerences for parallism within press frame and rigidity during clamping and curing.

Hydraulics: Simple and compact hydraulic power pack with advanced hydraulic components for minimum required energy consumption. All pipings and flexible hoses are used of finest quality for zero leakage and friction less flow

Electricals : P.L.C. microprocessor based electrical panel with simple circuit and standard CE certified controls are used as standard. Relay based circuit is also used if required.

1. Mould Carriers: Automatic mould lifting arrangement as per mould design by hydraulic cylinder.

2. Mould Ejectors: Automatic cured part ejection, inside or outside the daylight as required by hydraulic cylinders.

3. Core Ejector: Automatic middle core ejection lifter with in the daylight located at the middle of bottom heater plate for ejecting cured parts within the daylight.

4. Dual Heated Plates: Bottom or top heater platen can be supplied with double length for demoulding and setting in the inserts in the mould for next curing while other part of the heater platten is under curing.

5. Multy Station Presses: A common hydraulic and electrical unit to control and operate 2,4,6 or more presses, which saves upto 40% of your equipment cost, space, electricity and labour.

6. Special Purpose Presses: Specially designed presses with suitable mould carrier arrangement, electrical circuit and hydraulic unit. Testing and laboratory purpose machines are also developed with latest available option.
